Position Overview:
HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is in search of skilled otolaryngologists to establish a leading ENT practice.

Ideal Candidates:
- Develop a thriving ENT practice with comprehensive support from the hospital and HCA Physician Services Group.
- Concentrate on general ENT procedures.
- Work exclusively with adult patients in a hospital environment.
- Opportunity to collaborate with neurosurgeons on complex skull-based tumor cases, if desired.
- Utilize a robust existing referral network.
- Participate in shared on-call duties.
- Board eligibility or certification is mandatory.
- Preferred candidates should possess relevant experience.
- Integrate into a broader network of employed healthcare professionals, including primary care and specialists in the area.
- Must be prepared for trauma call; the hospital provides OMF and plastic coverage for collaborative work.
- Teaching opportunities are available for interested candidates.
