ROLE OF A SALES ESTIMATOR

As a Sales Estimator, you will manage the complete sales process, from identifying potential clients to finalizing contracts. Your strong communication abilities will be crucial as you engage with prospective customers both over the phone and in their homes. You will assess their needs, articulate how our services can meet those needs, and arrange follow-up meetings.

Your responsibilities include overcoming objections, crafting and presenting proposals, and successfully closing sales. This role involves travel and meeting new clients, which adds excitement to your daily tasks. You will utilize software tools to streamline the proposal creation process.

Your expertise is vital in determining project costs. You will be the first point of contact for new projects, conducting site visits to evaluate the scope of work with a critical eye. Your thorough estimates will account for all necessary materials and their associated costs. After submitting your proposals, you will take pride in knowing you contribute to our reputation for quality work.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES ESTIMATOR

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in kitchen and bath remodeling or whole home renovations
  • At least 2 years of experience in estimating remodeling projects
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
