Job Title: Donation Attendant

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience and promoting sales for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process donations from customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor.
  • Offer receipts to donors and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Identify and handle hazardous materials, providing disposal information to customers.
  • Assist with sales ticketing and signage for large items.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including loading and unloading furniture or other items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to PPM standards.
  • Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety rules.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
