Position Title: Operations Manager – II (General and Operations Managers)
The selected candidate will serve as the Operations Manager, designated as the Deputy Program Manager (DPM). This role involves assisting the Program Manager (PM) in the comprehensive oversight of the program and being prepared to assume the responsibilities of the PM when necessary. The PM and DPM will have the authority to represent the contractor in all matters related to this task order, including the ability to commit the contractor to decisions regarding the resultant task order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a presence on-site at the commencement of the task order and throughout the contract duration.
- Be available during standard working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Participate in briefings, conferences, and other meetings as designated by the government.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
- A minimum of 7 years in Program Management or senior-level Department of Defense (DoD) experience, or as a civilian professional in the defense industry working with senior-level DoD personnel.
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, with proficiency in planning, executing, evaluating, and leading Cyber training initiatives.
- Familiarity with operational technology/information technology (OT/IT) systems, cellular networks, and IT management practices.

Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required for the duration of the contract.
Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based and involves the use of standard office equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to navigate various departments within the organization’s facilities.
The physical demands outlined are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel may be necessary for corporate support.
