Senior Tester/Full Stack Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test frameworks using data-driven, Cucumber, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Develop test scripts in Selenium with Java language and integrate them with Jenkins/uDeploy tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to create daily and weekly status reports for onshore and customer updates.
  • Lead a team and provide technical guidance on testing landscape, estimation, metrics, and test planning.
  • Drive customer calls and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in full stack Java development, with a strong focus on automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hypernet, and Selenium.
  • Proficiency in developing test frameworks, including data-driven, Cucumber, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience with Jenkins/uDeploy tools and GitHub for code check-in processes.
  • Deep working knowledge of testing landscape, estimation, metrics, and test planning.
  • Ability to lead a team and provide updates to customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in INS domain with GW Policy Center.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation, metrics, and test planning.
