Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Banker to join our team at Resource Bank. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Account Maintenance: Assist customers with account maintenance, including account openings, closings, and transfers.

Requirements
