Intensive Care Unit Secretary PRN

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Unit Secretary to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. As a member of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our infants and families.
In this PRN role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patients' activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as performing technical duties as directed by RNs, such as phlebotomy and vital signs.
As an Intensive Care Unit Secretary, you will also be responsible for communicating with and supporting the healthcare team, patients, and their families. You will maintain high standards of professional ethics and demonstrate standard precautions, including the care of patients in isolation and safe patient practice.
About the Role- Assist with patients' activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Perform technical duties as directed by RNs, such as phlebotomy and vital signs
- Communicate with and support the healthcare team, patients, and their families
