Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team as a Lead Instructor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading group reformer classes, providing instructional coaching and support, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group reformer classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience for clients
- Provide instructional coaching and support to junior instructors, helping them to develop their skills and confidence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new class formats and programs
- Assist with the management of studio operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and customer service
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor, with a strong background in group reformer classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
