We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Boyne Mountain Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our resort.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our bartending and service staff to deliver timely service of food and beverages
- Verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, adhering to established guidelines
- Implement responsible serving practices, adhering to ServSafe Alcohol guidelines to minimize over-service incidents
- Maintain a clean and organized working area, adhering to established opening and closing checklists
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of bartending experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
