We are seeking an experienced Resort Supervisor to oversee all aspects of Property Management at Super 8 Green River, WY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee all aspects of Property Management, including finance, operations, and human resources;

  • To develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel management, preferably in a senior role;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
