About the Role

Harnham is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Business Intelligence team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality BI solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement BI strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the firm's strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Business Intelligence with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful BI solutions and strategies
  • Strong proficiency in BI analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Python)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights
