Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Route Driver to join our team in the Mabelvale, AR area. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to residences and businesses. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting, the ability to load and unload pallets using a pallet jack, and proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle. No CDL license is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages, maintaining their condition upon arrival.
  • Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.
  • Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.
  • Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
