As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will provide high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents.
- Delivering treatments and administering medications to residents.
- Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff.
- Educating residents and family members about best care options.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an approved nursing program.
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months).
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a passion for advancing your nursing career.
Clinicians must be vaccinated against Covid-19.
