We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting during night shifts.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will maintain a safe treatment environment and effectively communicate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care for patients with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have graduated from an accredited LPN program. A minimum of two years of experience as a LPN, with one year of acute psychiatric experience preferred.
What We OfferHaven Behavioral Healthcare offers a competitive salary, range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more.
