Job Opportunity: Pest Control Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Service Specialist to join our team at Orkin Pest Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and safe arrival at client locations, and providing a comprehensive pest management program.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class customer service to clients, vendors, and coworkers
  • Learn and execute the skills required to manage daily operations of a pest control service route
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services
  • Solve problems for clients by utilizing in-depth training to decide on the most efficient pest solution
  • Complete all required service-related documentation and utilize a hand-held device for speed and accuracy
Requirements:
  • High degree of professionalism with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in a multi-managed working environment
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and not afraid of healthy competition
  • Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly
  • Ability to write clear, concise communications with excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills
  • Safely use a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in all types of weather and temperature conditions
  • Obtain and maintain required state licensing
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
