Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
- Develop strong relationships with parents and communicate effectively to keep them informed about their child's progress.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment that promotes healthy habits and well-being.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or higher level of education preferred.
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool; two years of experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
