Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in our High Bridge, NJ office. The successful candidate will have experience in land development and site civil engineering, with a focus on stormwater management design and grading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for major engineering design projects, including site layout, grading, stormwater management, and drainage/conveyance system design.
  • Support the development of construction documents and specifications for stormwater management.
  • Conduct research, operations, and maintenance tasks to supplement core engineering assignments.
  • Manage and update task budgets, schedules, and deadlines, ensuring technical accuracy and awareness of scope.
  • Represent AKRF through direct client interactions on projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in urban green stormwater infrastructure, water/sewer linear infrastructure, wet weather planning/management, climate adaptation planning, or related disciplines.
  • EIT preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil3D, and ArcGIS.
