Dialysis Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results-driven leader to oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility. As a Dialysis Facility Operations Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of the dialysis facility
- Hire, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care
- Track and deliver superior patient outcomes
- Monitor regulatory and safety requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor degree preferred
- Twelve (12) months of experience in nursing
- Six (6) months of experience in nursing care with a patient with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including training in and experience with the dialysis process
- At least three (3) years of experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
- Previous supervisory responsibility strongly preferred
