Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Salary:
$7,500 Sign on Bonus + Estimated $43,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Liberty Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs as needed during shift.
- Oral Hygiene: Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.
- Record Keeping: Complete patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
- Team Collaboration: Perform other duties as assigned by charge nurse and assist with resident needs and treatments as directed.
Requirements:
- Age: 18 years of age or older.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Certified nursing assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
- Personality: Willing to care for geriatric patients and have a genuine concern for their welfare.
- Work Ethic: Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
- Professional Development: Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
