Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Shift Supervisor to join our team at Buckley's Market & Cafe of Hollis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising select shifts and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will work closely with our team to deliver a fast-paced and busy market and cafe experience. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team coordination.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13-15/hour, plus tips, which can add an additional $9-$11 per hour. Weekend and holiday availability is a necessity for this role.

Our store offers a wide range of products, including fresh fish and meat, craft beer, wine, specialty grocery products, coffee, sandwiches, and pastries. We are always looking for ways to improve and expand our offerings.
