Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our clients and promoting memberships and referrals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including flexible scheduling, career development opportunities, and employee discounts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and preferences.
• Developing strong relationships with clients through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Promoting member referrals and memberships to grow business.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Knowledge of Swedish Massage and other modalities (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue).
• Effective communication skills with clients, management, and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times.
