Salary and Benefits:

The pay package for this position is based on 40 hours per week, with an estimated hourly rate of $60-$80 per hour. The total weekly pay will be around $2400-$3200. Additionally, benefits include weekly pay, holiday pay, guaranteed hours, continuing education opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, referral bonus, life insurance, and discount programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer radioactive substances to patients and operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records of patient data, procedures, and results
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited radiologic technology program
  • Certification as a registered technologist (RT) in nuclear medicine or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing situations and priorities
