Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage individualized patient care plans, utilizing the nursing process and primary nursing principles.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 1-3 years of critical care nursing experience.
- Current Rhode Island state registration and BLS certification.
- ACLS certification and CCRN preferred.
