We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance and support our expanding team. This role will initially be based in our Collinsville, Illinois office, with opportunities for remote work and potential relocation to our downtown St. Louis office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and develop proposals across diverse markets, including writing, editing, and production.
  • Compose project descriptions, press releases, and social media content.
  • Design interview presentations and collaborate with the interview team.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database.
  • Update and enhance the company website.
  • Create and oversee social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Assist business development professionals with market research.
  • Coordinate events and additional tasks to support engineering and administrative staff.

Qualifications

  • 0-3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize new software and design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite applications like InDesign.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of working collaboratively with engineers as well as independently.
