Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Supervise 3-5 shifts weekly, overseeing a team of 4-8 employees.
  • Ensure that customer expectations for prompt and friendly service are consistently met.
  • Oversee food preparation and bread baking processes.
  • Utilize the POS system for transactions and manage shift paperwork.
  • Balance receipts and prepare deposits at the end of shifts.
