Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the rhythm and flow of service during peak hours, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Exemplify a warm and engaging demeanor as patrons approach the bar.
  • Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and understanding towards all guests.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.
  • Lead training initiatives for new bartenders and beverage education for servers, utilizing our training platform.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu offerings.
  • In collaboration with the General Manager, ensure the bartending team meets expectations in:
    • Service and hospitality standards.
    • Engagement with the beverage selection.
    • Completion of opening and closing procedures.
    • Execution of cleaning tasks on a daily and weekly basis.
    • Organization of bar supplies and storage areas.
    • Management of the nightly bar log and delegation of preparation tasks.
    • Communication regarding inventory needs using the designated ordering guide.
    • Consistently assist with food service throughout the shift.
  • Participate in monthly inventory assessments.
  • Contribute to seasonal beverage menu updates, including ordering and staff training.
  • Support food service and packing as needed, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Provide innovative ideas and constructive feedback to enhance the growth of our establishment.
