Job Title: Med Surg RN

We are seeking a skilled Med Surg RN to join our team at ThreePDS Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will contribute to the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of current clinical experience as a Med Surg RN.
  • Valid RN license in Illinois or compact state.
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
  • Ability to float across all campuses.
