We are currently seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare Systems Architect to spearhead the design, development, and execution of advanced multi-functional Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of researchers and engineers across various disciplines and locations, engaging with industry partners to grasp customer objectives and devise creative solutions to intricate national security challenges. Your primary focus will be on the exploration and demonstration of EW, communications, and the convergence of EW/RF technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing core technical expertise, critical thinking, and analytical skills to address challenges across multiple domains and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Leading the research and implementation of innovative EW solutions, identifying new technical strategies, and collaborating with leadership to refine technology and product roadmaps.
  • Architecting, designing, and directing the implementation of cutting-edge technologies in deployable multi-functional systems.
  • Employing tools to create, assess, and document solutions, while clearly communicating findings to team members, management, and clients.
  • Identifying complex technical problems based on multi-disciplinary program objectives and effectively delegating problem-solving tasks to a diverse team.
  • Ensuring rigorous standards are applied to develop systems that fulfill customer requirements.
  • Introducing new methodologies or enhancements to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:
  • This role necessitates an Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance and eligibility to support special access programs, requiring U.S. citizenship.
  • Proficient understanding of EW systems with demonstrated leadership in architecture definition, design, development, requirements verification, test planning, execution, data analysis, and operational support.
  • Experience in relevant domains such as:
    • Electronic Warfare, Radar, RF and Microwave Design, Antennas
    • Wireless Communications, Sensor Fusion, Electromagnetics
    • Stochastic Processes, Digital Signal Processing, Detection Theory, Estimation Theory, Tracking Theory
  • Ability to research literature to identify state-of-the-art solutions applicable to current challenges.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering high-level presentations to clients and senior management, translating mission requirements into comprehensive solutions.
  • Strong capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A demonstrated eagerness to embrace new challenges, enhance technical skills, and take on greater responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with conducting technical reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMS).
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering advanced development projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers in their career development.
  • A Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
