Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at TouchPoint Support Services. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our patients, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Make beds, replenish linens, clean rooms and halls, and vacuum floors.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, clean metal surfaces, and empty and clean trash containers.
  • Respond to guest queries and requests, and contribute to team efforts to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements:
  • No experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
