DC Operations Specialist

This role requires a strong understanding of system directed processes, with the ability to train new and existing associates on automated conveyor-based, RF, and/or VoCollect processes. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing your advanced PC skills, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with guiding associates through defined processes for a specific task on the operating floor.
- Train and develop associates to accurately and efficiently perform duties within assigned department(s).
- Motivate co-workers in completing defined tasks and achieving established goals.
- Engage partner departments and associates in problem-solving activities to assure service outcomes meet expectations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a leadership role, as an SME, or with increasing responsibilities; preferably in a related environment.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with WMS (HighJump preferred) required.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
