We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Frontier Management (OR). As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
- Create and monitor behavior plans to support students in achieving their goals.
- Provide training and support to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Clinical Director to ensure high-quality services are provided to students.
- Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.

- Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
- Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
