Job Overview:

The Clinical Director of Respiratory Care is responsible for leading the clinical education team in a Respiratory Therapy program at Pima Medical Institute. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in clinical respiratory care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the clinical education team in a Respiratory Therapy program
  • Develop and implement clinical objectives and evaluations for students
  • Collaborate with public and community respiratory care agencies
  • Maintain student grades and prepare final grades at the end of each semester
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited academic institution
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
  • At least 4 years of experience as a registered respiratory therapist, including 2 years in clinical respiratory care
  • 2 years of instructor experience in an accredited respiratory therapy program
Compensation and Benefits:
