Job Overview

Discovery ABA is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in their homes, schools, or other settings
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current state RBT certification
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week
  • Eagerness to make a positive impact on clients' lives and advance professionally
