Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
