**Job Summary:**
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with students in a school setting, providing individualized support and interventions to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students in the classroom, utilizing evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven interventions to address student behavioral needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in behavioral therapy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist or in a related field.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral theories and interventions, including de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff.
