**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Data Analyst to join our team at Doylestown Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and experience in data abstraction, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Abstract and analyze clinical data from various sources, including electronic medical records and national registries
  • Develop and maintain accurate and efficient data collection processes
  • Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for quality improvement
  • Present findings and recommendations to healthcare professionals and leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a college degree preferred
  • Recent substantial experience in direct care of cardiovascular patients
  • Experience with national registry data abstraction/analysis processes
  • Care of patients in a hospital setting, minimum of 5 years' experience preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical program accreditation/certification processes
  • Detail-oriented, analytic ability to utilize available resources for decision-making
  • Ability to work independently in a time-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Meditech and ECW electronic medical records
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite for data presentation

Estimated Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per year
