We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at BelFlex Staffing Network. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for assembling reducers and motors, managing inventory stock, and performing various tasks related to the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives
  • Maintain parts stock between assembly lines
  • Put up inventory stock, pull parts, and perform repair/restock/warranty evaluations
  • Test and service assembled products
  • Wash, prep, and paint parts
  • Pack and ship products, as well as manage receiving and general cleanup
Requirements:
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience
  • Strong background in hand assembly
  • Able to organize workload for timely accomplishment of tasks
  • Must meet production requirements
  • Physically able to sit, stand, walk, reach, push, pull, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel
