Key Responsibilities
Epic Travel Staffing is looking for a Travel RN - Emergency RoomShift Details : Nights / 7 PM - 7 AM (12-hour shifts) 36 hours per week Length : 13 weeks
Weekend Requirements: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
Qualifications:
- Active VA or Compact License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Familiarity with Electronic Documentation preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Influenza Vaccination (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical Exemptions Only
The Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of patient visits annually. It is equipped with 36 beds, including express care facilities, and serves a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics. The facility is also a certified comprehensive stroke center and offers 24/7 interventional cardiology services.
Requirements:
- Must possess an active VA or Compact License at the time of submission
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are mandatory
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required
