**Job Summary:**

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Assembly Line Maintenance Technician to join our team in Nichols, NY.

**Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production at our high-speed metal packaging manufacturing facility.
  • Identify areas of spoilage and take corrective action to resolve issues.
  • Operate various types of equipment, including spray equipment, neckers, and flangers.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably high-speed manufacturing.
  • An Associate's or technical degree is preferred or a related vocational/technical certification.
  • Proven working experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment re-build expertise.
  • Strong math and computer skills.
  • The ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and parts specifications.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

**Estimated Salary:** $27.45 per hour (competitive pay).
