Job Summary

As the Director of Operations at A New Leaf, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's mission by executing effective policies and processes across all operational areas. This includes managing and expanding the company's assets, such as vehicles, buildings, capital projects, and supplies, while ensuring the safe and secure movement and use of resources within various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, plans, and strategies aligned with regulatory requirements, including ADA, OSHA, and Department of Health.
  • Manage a robust inventory system for all company assets and engage in vendor management, grounds, buildings, vehicles, kitchens, security, and utilities.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company, building alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Demonstrate financial responsibility by working within a budget and meeting operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, providing accurate written and oral reports as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field, with prior management or leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of operational structures and strategy to provide the best resources for employees and the company.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist in ensuring the safety and security of staff and individuals served.
  • Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a desire to work with the developmental disability community.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in developing proposals, programs, and collateral to meet organizational needs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50lbs.
