Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a committed and proficient Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our outpatient rehabilitation team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will excel in delivering high-quality care by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical conditions and create tailored treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques to meet patient needs, including manual therapy, exercise recommendations, and various modalities.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle changes to foster overall health and wellness.
  • Maintain precise and current patient records in accordance with legal and professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to guarantee comprehensive patient care.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to remain updated with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Experience in outpatient environments is preferred, although new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to inspire and educate patients effectively.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation software.
