Responsibilities:- Administer and document medication and treatments according to physician's orders
- Accurately record all care provided to residents
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical supervision to nursing assistants
- Monitor residents' comfort and respond to their physical and emotional needs
- Support the Resident Care Director in various tasks
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of seniors
- Possession of valid state LPN certification

- Assistance with paying for higher nursing education and providing training
