Senior Care LPN Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Commonwealth Senior Living. As a Senior Care LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and document medication and treatments according to physician's orders
  • Accurately record all care provided to residents
  • Provide direct nursing care and clinical supervision to nursing assistants
  • Monitor residents' comfort and respond to their physical and emotional needs
  • Support the Resident Care Director in various tasks
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of seniors
  • Possession of valid state LPN certification
