Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or in-person to provide product information, address concerns, and resolve issues.
Assist agents with office operations, including scheduling appointments and quoting insurance.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate problem resolution and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Built strong relationships with customers by delivering solutions that exceed their expectations and consistently go above and beyond to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
The ability to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within two years is mandatory.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
