Store Director

At Big YNon, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including sales, customer service, and employee management.

• Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by providing a positive shopping experience and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Financial Management: Manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and meet sales targets.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
