Offshore Captain Position

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Vessel Relief Captain to join our team at Global Diving & Salvage LLC in Anchorage, AK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for commanding and navigating our 80' steel dive support vessel on all operations in offshore oil and gas, marine construction, or salvage environments.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in vessel operations, including experience as a vessel engineer, vessel mate, or vessel captain.
- A valid passport and TWIC card.
- Current GDS mandatory training and other required programs provided by GDS.
- A Medical PIC certification is preferred.
- A current USCG Master License, with navigation experience and proof of sea time.
- Experience operating a vessel in dynamic environments, preferably with previous DSV (Dive Support Vessel) experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Alaska navigation, including tides and currents.
