Security Supervisor

At GXO Logistics, Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional supply chain solutions to our clients. As a Security Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and assets.

• Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
• Collaborate with security leaders to investigate internal and external theft, as well as workplace violence incidents.
• Train and coach loss prevention agents to identify leading indicators of risk and escalate incidents accordingly.
• Address product loss and physical security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and train loss prevention agents to ensure a skilled and motivated team.

• 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in loss prevention or asset protection.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime.
• Desirable qualifications include 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience, 5 years of loss prevention/asset protection experience, and formal investigative interview training.
