Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the sequence of operations for fabricating and assembling structural metal products.
  • Insert electrodes into portable holders or thread consumable electrode wire through portable welding guns.
  • Connect cables from the welding unit to achieve specific settings as dictated by welding engineers or technicians.
  • Configure welding machine wire feed settings and interpret blueprints with precision.
  • Meet stringent quality standards and consistently deliver high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in welding fabricated parts of structural metal products.
  • Ability to plan and execute a sequence of operations with precision.
  • Experience with inserting electrodes into portable holders or threading electrode wire through welding guns.
  • Skilled in connecting cables from the welding unit to achieve specific settings.
  • Competence in configuring welding machine wire feed settings.
  • Strong ability to interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Successful completion of a 2G and 3G Weld Test.
