- 2 years of experience in management/administration.
- Advanced education in business, management, or related field.
- Professional nurse certification.
- Experience in management in a healthcare setting.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) (check department-specific recommendation).
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
- Professional Nursing Certification required upon hire or within one year of hire.
- Experience in management in a healthcare setting.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) (check department-specific recommendation).
- Must possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
