Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Standards Coordinator to join our team at SCA Health. As a Quality Standards Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain knowledge of clinical best practices, accreditation and regulatory standards, quality improvement processes, and SCA Quality Standards Manual.
  • Lead, facilitate, and advise the Center Quality Council and internal performance improvement teams on quality and safety initiatives.
  • Provide strategic oversight of proactive and reactive patient safety activities, including root cause analysis, clinical practice guidelines, and sentinel event alerts.
  • Maintain center survey readiness by assessing compliance with accreditation standards and regulations, identifying areas of vulnerability, and directing the development of strategies to enhance compliance.
  • Communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization, educating and training leadership and staff on regulatory issues, new statutes/guidelines, and safety/quality/performance improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Registered Nurse License Required.
  • Have prior work experience in healthcare.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess knowledge of standards, survey methodology, and related tools and resources for regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Compensation

Minimum: USD $70,200.00/Yr. Maximum: USD $125,400.00/Yr.
