Key Responsibilities:- Manage the technical and commercial aspects of the foundations package, including engineering, procurement, construction, and installation.

- Lead a team of specialists in load assessments, geotechnical and structural engineering, transport and installation, and other related disciplines.

- Liaise with contractors, staff, and project managers for effective communication, planning, and project execution.

- Support the development of scopes of work, engineering specifications, and employer's requirements.
- Maintain a close coordination with the permitting team and ensure compliance with US regulatory requirements.
- Ensure robust design decision and change management through market engagement, cost-benefit studies, and risk analysis.
- Prepare status reports and technical information for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of safety, health, and environment.
- Engineering degree with at least 15 years' relevant professional experience.
- At least 10 years' experience in the offshore wind sector working in a comparable role.
- Knowledge of technical and safety regulatory landscapes, including US regulations and client and principal contractor duties.
- Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage own workload, meet timescales, and coordinate stakeholders.
